DESCRIPTION:

This one day prospect clinic will be split into 2 parts: skill work and scrimmage. This camp is limited to participants who will be in graduation classes: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022.  This clinic is limited to 30 spots and there will be NO walk-up registrations accepted. Be sure to register early!  Registration for spots in this clinic are limited by position. The breakdown for available spots are as follows:

  • 6 spots for catchers
  • 6 spots for pitchers
  • 6 spots for middle infielders (SS/2B)
  • 6 spots for corner infielders (1B/3B)
  • 6 spots for outfielders

Please register for your primary position!

The schedule will be broken down as follows:

8:30am - 9am:  Check in (no walk up registrations will be permitted).

9am - 9:30am:  Introductions & warm up.

9:30am - 11:30am:  Skill work (hitting)

11:30am - 12:15pm:  Break for lunch (bring your own)

12:15pm - 2:00pm: Skill work (throwing, defensive, catching - pitchers break off at 1:15)

2:00pm - 4:30pm:  Scrimmage

4:30pm - 5:00pm:  Final thoughts, question and answer.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE CLINICS:
Players should bring glove, batting gloves, helmet, and bat. Pitchers will be pitching into nets and will not need a catcher.  Players must bring indoor shoes in case of inclement weather.  Water will be provided for athletes.  However, athletes must bring their own lunch.  A cooler and ice will be provided to store lunches.   Be sure to label all equipment and personal items. Danielle Henderson Softball Academy and UMass Lowell will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
